Competition cum Closing Ceremony

Venue: Lecture Hall of Diocesan Boys' School and checkpoints in different places in Hong Kong
Competition Day
All teams have to run various checkpoints, covering schools areas, old districts, and famous tourist spots in Hong Kong. Some places are familiar to all of us, while some are not. So, this is an invaluable chance for us to learn more about Hong Kong – a vibrant and prosperous city we are living in.
Regulations:
- All Groups MUST accomplish ALL compulsory tasks.
- The ranking will be taken as the following equation:
Time taken by groups to finish all tasks at all checkpoints and return to the starting point MINUS bonus marks gained in the long tasks and optional task.
- All groups will be ranked in ascending order according to the above equation.
- Ambassador of each group will keep a record card. The card shows how many checkpoints a group has reached. Arrival of checkpoints will be marked down by the ambassador ONLY.
- Replacement of participant is not allowed.
- Participants must wear T-shirts provided by JSVA.
- Each group has to elect a captain on the Orientation Day. The captains are responsible for contacting their group members.
- Entrance fee will NOT be refunded.
- All groups should be kept in contact at all times during the Competition Day.
- Groups which do not return to Diocesan Boys’ School on time will be disqualified.
- Participants should be responsible for their transportation during the competition. However, taking taxi is forbidden.
- Participants have to sign a consent form when they apply for the Easter Project.
- JSVA reserves the right to make final decisions and alter the regulation.
Closing Ceremony
Prizes will be given to winners of the competition.
