Theme The theme of the Summer Project 2008 is "Cheese". The service target group of this year is children. In some aspects, children and cheese have one similarity. Cheese is produced by fermentation which is a time-consuming process and it can be very slow in the absence of enzyme. The time for bringing up a child is also very long. And suitable nurture is necessary for this growing stage in which its role is similar to enzyme. Somehow we can regard children as pieces of cheese. "Cheese" is more than that; the pronunciation of cheese is close to "cheers" which is another aim of our summer project. We hope both participants and clients can find great pleasure during the summer vacation which is always what we try to accomplish. |
