Recruitment of Members for the coming official year (updated - 27.09.2009)

Dear all,
The application for membership of JSVA 09–10 is now open. Students who are Form 1-Form 7 are eligible to apply. Please fill in the application form and submit via email to jsva0910@gmail.com. The membership fee is HK$50. You can hand in the fee by

(1) giving it to our EXCO members or
(2) attending the Inauguration and hand it in or
(3) individual arrangement with the committee members

Please note that the Annual membership fee is $50 if it is submitted on or before the inauguration day (13th November 2009), $70 if it is submitted after the date. Special discount will be given if 5 students are joining together. We will only charge membership fee for 4 students. Please submit your application forms together or else the special discount will not be given.
