Invitation to the Christmas project –‘Smash!’ (updated - 30.11.2009)

Dear all,
Mark your planners for our annual Christmas project –‘Smash’, a City Tracing activity. This year’s event will be held on 29th December 2009. Both members and non-members are warmly invited.

The City Tracing activity would serve as a wonderful opportunity for you to explore Hong Kong in a totally different perspective. You would be given maps and hints to different places and would have to perform a variety of tasks. By simulating the situations that the underprivileged may come across in daily life, you can gain hands-on experience and discover the true meaning of service.

The Christmas project is always a fitting end to a hectic year, and a time to reflect on ourselves. The City Tracing project will serve as a great opportunity for you to share the joy with your friends and learn the true meaning of giving and serving through this inspiring project in the festive season.

In order to estimate the resources required for the City Tracing, if you plan to attend, may we ask you to submit your application forms on or before 19thDecember 2009 via jsva0910@gmail.com, or to any Executive Committee member if you can by any means contact them. Late comers will not be entertained as the quota for this activity is 100 people.

Dress code is casual. We look forward to seeing you at this year’s City Tracing. So be sure to apply so that you can share the joy with your friends through this inspiring project in the festive season!
